These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MARLO website and your purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
MARLO designs and makes precision pouch tins — an accessory. We do not sell, ship, or supply nicotine, nicotine pouches, tobacco, or any consumable product, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any nicotine or tobacco brand. References to compatibility (for example, “fits standard pouch cans”) describe the product’s dimensions only.
This site and our products are intended for adults of legal age in their jurisdiction. By placing an order you represent that you meet that requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Each tin is made to order. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
If you personalize a tin with a logo, monogram, or other artwork, you represent and warrant that you own or have the rights to use that content and that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property or other rights. You grant MARLO a limited license to reproduce your artwork solely to manufacture your order. We may decline to produce any content we believe is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, and we are not responsible for errors in artwork you supply (spelling, color, resolution). You agree to indemnify MARLO against claims arising from content you provide.
Production & shipping. Tins are 3D-printed to order, typically within a few business days, then shipped. Personalized items may take additional time. Shipping is free on U.S. orders containing two or more tins; multi-tin discounts are applied at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns. Non-personalized (blank) tins may be returned in unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Because personalized and custom-engraved items are made uniquely for you, they are not returnable except where they arrive defective or damaged.
Defects. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days at hello@marlotins.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it.
The MARLO name, logo, site content, and our collection designs and emblems are the property of MARLO and may not be copied or used without permission. Personalizing a tin does not transfer any rights in our designs to you.
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. Our products are accessories; they are not medical devices and make no health claims. We do not promote nicotine or tobacco use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARLO will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the revision. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
